Shipping within US and Canada
When you go to the SECURE CHECKOUT we give you the best range of automated shipping options, from Next Day UPS to US Mail, to download (where appropriate).
All products , except Yamaha branded hardware and accessories (including Cases), can be shipped Worldwide. It is our policy to ship all international orders with a value of more than $100 via UPS only. This is due to a high number of lost, stolen, and heavily delayed packages in the USPS system. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes as your package enters your country.
If you would like a shipping quote before your purchase, you may find one by placing a “dummy order”…You do this by placing items in your cart, go to checkout, enter in your address including postal code, and hit continue. Your shipping options will appear on the following page in a scroll down menu. No purchase is necessary to do this. Simply close the window if you do not want to make a purchase, or continue if you do.

Our return policy is as follows:
Generally, it's a 30 days and your money back guarantee on perfect condition items. We will always work with you in a flexible way regarding returns claimed as defective. We will and do reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on non-defective items, at our discretion. The restocking fee for DVDs and other media that can be duplicated will be significantly higher, again, at our discretion. We do not refund shipping. If you received free UPS ground shipping with your order, the real cost of shipping will be deducted from your return amount. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
If a Motif Voice or Pattern/Loop library turns out not to be suitable for you – it is not in the format you feel you can use, or you simply don’t like it – then you may trade it for another library at the same price-point within 15 days of the purchase date. Please call or email, stating your reasons and no further questions will be asked. We pass along such feedback to the creators so we ask that you be respectful of their work.
If the second library costs more, then you will need to pay the difference. We cannot refund the difference if another library costs less but we will work with you to make sure you have the exact same Total Value of product that you originally purchased.
This policy is a one-time offer. You may not simply gnaw through our entire catalog of products, you understand.

In many categories you will find free data, Voices, Patterns etc., plus templates and instrument definition files for using Motif with different software applications. There are also tons of MP3 demos you can listen to or download.
Specials are just that: ‘special.' So, once they're gone they're gone! Make sure you check these often if you like bargain shopping.
How do the downloads work?
Downloading is the quickest, and most cost-effective way of buying certain items on the MotifMart. It is also extremely simple. Here's how it works:
Items that can be downloaded contain a DOWNLOAD option that you will see as soon as you add the item to your Basket. If you do not see a DOWNLOAD option we do not offer the item for download.

Along with confirmation that your order has been successfully processed you will be given a URL where you may go to download your order. This is simply a temporary URL for immediate use. It will only be displayed for 5 minutes.
You will also be sent an email confirmation of your order and this will contain a second URL that you may use for up to 72 hours to pick up your order.
If for any reason you are not able to pick up your order using either of these methods, just email email@example.com and we will send the order to you direct by email.
What's in a Download?
All downloads are delivered in a .zip file that can be opened on a Mac or PC by double clicking on it. If WinZip is not already installed on your computer this may be downloaded free of charge at http://www.winzip.com/downwz.htm.
Inside the .zip you will find the product itself, plus a PDF manual.
