Industrial Universe is part of the unique ‘Instant Score’ sound and loop library from SoundWaves, which is run by the revered sound designer Arne Schulze.

Rather than offer static sounds that you have to ‘play,’ Instant Score libraries have already been brought to life as multi-textured loops and performances. Within each library every voice or loop works perfectly with its neighbors, enabling you to mix and match textures and tone colors, drones, loops, and beats so you can play or record an ‘instant score.’

Industrial Universe includes 64 voices ranging from clangs and booms to indescribable textures to raise the hairs on the back of the most hardened horror movie buff’s neck. Metal is the name of this library’s game; perfect if you are scoring some sort post-apocalyptic city in ruins.

Loading the samples:

This library is sized to fit into the XF’s standard 128MB of sample memory. The library can also be saved onto a Flashboard if you have one installed.

Demos: Demo 1 is a short piece of music created in real time using the first Voice in this collection. This Voice features all of the library's loops on individual keys. Demo 2 is another short piece of music recorded in real time using just of the individual Voices. On these Voices, loops and sounds can be pitched and 'played.'
